Resolution for refund.

On 3 rd July i had asked for refund status , for my PaisaPay ID : 36697643536 . Ebay took 4 days to act upon the refund claim. On 7 th due to unavailability of the seller , ebay gave 48 hrs to seller to give a resolution. Todays its 12 July and there...

Resolve a problem

The resolve a problem page is not working. Every time you put a problem, it asks for a corrwect phone number but never accepts it. Can the computer people at ebay solve this problem?

How many days/months to wait for claim to be resolved?
