On Dec 6 i wrote to customer support regarding a fraudulent refund which was okayed even though i had sent in the xerox of the POD.
All i get was a robotic reply "... we,ll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours"
After that silence on their part
On Dec 10 th i again reminded them that i am still waiting for an answer & got the buyer to write an email to them & forward a copy that he had recd the item & a copy of the postoffice as proof but yet again the same robotic reply "... we,ll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours" & till today 16th i am still waiting for a reply
