Earlier, when Item is received the buyer had option to confirm that the item is received. Now it is not available for all items, but is confirmed automatically on the basis of the information submitted by courier. This is defective. By chance if it is delivered to some one else and could be reported as delivered by the courier as delivered. PaisaPay may kindly review and option should bemade available to buyer to confirm the receipt.
