I bought a Power bank as i had to travel in train. The power bank arrived just the day before i travelled. But when i plugged it in it didnt power up. There was no LED light even after putting it in charge for entire night. Next day when I called EBay they asked me to ship it back thought they have a pickup facility. I had to buy the stationery and pack it and spend Rs100 for shipping.
After the seller confirmed that he has received the product, they took 5 days to take further action. I had to call and remind them and send an email to. After all that they have closed the claim stating the refund process is in progress.
Why does it take 15 working days to refund somebody's money that was spent on a defective product. This is the worst experience I have had till date.
