Ebay has wasted too much of my time and the way ebay is responding, this will be my last ebay transaction
First of all, the product wasn't working properly and I requested for replacement, and then after checking the manufacturing company's website I noticed that product was very outdated. So I have been trying to reach ebay for refund but theres no response to emails and customercare people are clueless.
And till today, I have sent 2,3 emails regarding dispatch receipt to ebay insellerverification@ebay.com but I am still getting notification emails. In case if somebody from ebay is seeing this then the details are below
Seriously I dont understand what is going on in Ebay, and its p@## me off.
For your reference I am attaching the snapshots of the Behringer mixer as on its official site and Behringer mixer which seller has sold me. And its not very difficult to notice the difference.
