WHAT SAFEGUARDS FROM PAISA-PAY ARE AVAILABLE -
Especially with regards to instant downloadable digital products like eBooks and so on where there is no physical shipping of product involved. This is with reference to PaisaPay's User Agreement Terms & Conditions which says "It is the responsibility of the Seller to check the authenticity of the buyer making payments through the PaisaPay Service before shipping the product".
Has anyone got any logical answers or clarifications re: this subject.
