Refund process hasn't been initiated yet, even after waiting and calling for so long. What do i do?

i had ordered the product with the product id 151436108344, on 11 oct, 2014 and paid full amount as pre booking. the seller did not ship on the promised date so i raised a claim "I want the product" with the claim id 700984. later, seller sent me an email on 24 oct to cancel the order as they did not have stock, and would initiate refund within 48hrs. 48 hrs have passed, i've contacted several times with the customer care of ebay and the seller. NO RESULT!!!

Really upset...what can i do?? i only get false assurances from both the customer cares.

plz help me out here...rs. 58500 has been stuck..kindly pay attention to my case..!!! Man Sad
