Proof of delivery

Hi fellow sellers,

 

I got a SMS today stating that "buyer has claimed a refund due to non-delivery". But I haven't yet got an email stating the "Claim No.". I have got my "proof of delivery" ready along with all details.

 

My queries are:

1) where can I send the POD along with all the details? Please share the email ID.

2) How long does it take to get the email containg the claim no.? I've checked my inbox, trash & spam in both Gmail & eBay, nothing there.

3) Is it possible to appeal a claim without a claim no.? If yes where do I send the email along with POD?
