Problem Checking Pasia Pay Balance !!

Hey Everyone,

I am currently having problems checkign my Current Balance with Pasia Pay. It gives soem error like: "'You cannot view
your PaisaPay Account at this time" ...

I have contacted eBay and they have said that its a KNOWN ISSUE and they are working on it.

Any other members facing this problem can rest assured and no need to Panic.

I have attached the mail i received from Pasia Pay !!

I would like to clarify with you that this is a known issue, we are
aware that this issue is affecting some of our member's hence it has
already been escalated to the appropriate department who is currently
working on the matter to resolve it at the earliest.

However this may take some time, hence I request your patience in this
matter. Please be assured that we are trying our best to get it resolved
at the soonest,

In this interim I request you to check the status of your PaisaPay
transactions from your 'My eBay' and only when the status of the
transaction is reflecting as confirmed which is 'Paid' with 'Rs and
Shopping Cart' icon filled in your 'My eBay', you may ship this Item.


Also look for the payment notification email and the status of the
transaction in your 'My eBay' and then ship the Item.
