Buyer paolaantonia123 says she paid for item #8900705780 0n 15th March and says the payment was accepted.The 'Rs' icon does not light up.I have read the comments of other sellers about this buyer/member.She is very prompt in paying.
I am interested to give her protection.I sincerely believe she is a very good buyer and an asset to eBay.Please suggest a solution.This concerns reputation.
PaisaPay is a very very efficient mechanism.I sincerely believe that from my heart.
But I am also a buyer friendly seller.It pains me to see the plight of a good buyer.
Members/eBay team/anybody please tell me what do I do?

If you have received the payment email from paisapay then it is fine. You could also contact the paisapay team through online help chat.

I didnt get any payment notification from PaisaPay.I shall try the chat.Thanx.But What about the buyer?She is from another site.She may think twice next time.
