Dear sir,

Could you plz tell me why my paisapay a/c suspended? what was the reason?

i already wrote more than 5 mails but no one can be reply me yet. i also called the customer care but they dont reply me.

i also shipped all the products to the customer. so what abt the money? its approx Rs 5450.00.

can i get the money or not?
it is not safe for selling in eBay.

why you not inform me before the deactivate my paisapay a/c? plz help me soon..

hi,
If your account is suspended for the first time. Then after 14 days you can request for the account reinstation. Your money in the paisapay account will remain safe and you will be paid in the next cycle after your account is reinstated. Be patient. Just try to contact ebay under account suspenion email and somebody will reply to your email within 2-3 days.

hi,
In future never ship a item till you receive the paisa payment from ebay. They are a company which is looking to make profit so if any fraud transaction happens it is passed on the seller. Hopefully your problem will be solved and you will receive your money.
