This is with respect to our fees payable for the month of May, 2005. We have already made payment on 22nd June, 2005 via HDFC Bank Direct Pay. The details of which are as follows:
22 Jun 2005 15525/Ebay India - Billing Ref No: 622145115 Rs. 1184.37
And yet today being 27th June, 2005 it still shows that the amount we owe eBay is Rs. 1,167.89 though payment for the required month has been made a week ago. You take 1 week to process payment????????????
Now we are well aware that the PaisaPay service is excruciatingly slow in processing payments but because of your lack of efficiency if this payment is not cleared by 30th June, and we get an e-mail that you have
not paid or we are charged an interest or penalty for non-payment then you can forget us paying your July bill or any interest till the issue is sorted out.
And plus you have charged us a late payment fee!!!!!!!!
For God's sake get your boots together and start being more efficient.
You have improved the processing time???? HA!!!!
