I am a first time customer and have made a payment on 28th May. My payment status is "Payment in process". I got no emails other than the first mail with the PaisaPayID #. I had to contact/chat with the customer care folks to figure out, that I had to send few documents and yet they are not processing it. Can someone at eBay please let me know the reason for the same? Is this how you treat a new customer? I am really fed up with your approach. Don't you guys have the mechanism to process a normal payment in 7 whole days? Or atleast let the customer know if there is any problem?
