Don't purchase any item from Ebay, They have some hidden agenda with sellers.

Don't purchase any item in Ebay. They are making the customers foolish. They are not providing the money back after the stipulated time ends as per thier policy. I even couldn't able to reach them through Phone. They are not providing reply for email.

Ebay having secret agenda with sellers to gain the % of money from customers.

I had the similar experience and wouldn't recommend any purchase from Ebay. I paid 900 Rs for buying a charger from a seller who sent me a duplicate charger with no invoice. I sent the charger back but apparently the seller's address was not valid so it came back. Meanwhile, ebay closed my claim request and asked me to contact the seller directly who is not picking up my call. Avoid ebay in India, I feel I should file complaint against ebay and the seller in consumer court, any ideas how to do it ?
