Current Account Balance error

Dear Members,

It has come to our knowledge that a few PaisaPay Sellers have been unable to view their PaisaPay Account details. We have investigated the problem and found that this is happening because your PaisaPay account "pending balance" has item/s which is/are more than 90 days old (say for a deleted item). Such items get archived after 90 days causing problem with viewing of PaisaPay account. Due to this, you would not be able to view the details of PaisaPay money sent every Wednesday till the time the problem is resolved.

This problem has been notified to our development team and we should see this problem resolved by 24th November. We will make our best efforts to resolve this problem earlier than this date. We will keep everyone updated in this matter.

However, in the meanwhile we can suggest an alternate way to view your Previous balance of the PaisaPay Account:
• Click on the "Current balance" link in the PaisaPay Account
• You would get an error stating "You cannot view your PaisaPay Account at this time"
• Edit the URL (https://paisapay.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?PspAccountBalance&transType=current) in the browser by replacing the last word "current" to "Previous"
• You would get the details of the Previous balance for which payment has been sent to you the last Wednesday
• This can not be done for the Current and Pending balance
