Hi, I've bought Zebronics Multimedia Headphone with Mic COLT For PC&Laptop With Bill+1 Year wty.. but from the day i received it only one of the head phones is working regarding this I've raised a claim in ebay to refund my product but it was rejected saying it is only under manufacturer's waranty... I've also contacted the seller about this and they told me to eithe go to the zebronics service centre or send back the product.. How do i go about in this case.. please help...
