I BIDED FOR ITEM 160007362950 OF KRISH_KUMA2000 AMT. RS42000/- SONY LAPTOP PAID THE SELLER AFTER HIS MANY CALLS AND MAIL THRU CHQ. IN HIS BANK ACCOUNT
NOW HE IS NOT RESPONDING AFTER RECEIVING THE PAYMENTS
I HAVE FILLED THE CASE WITH DISPUTE PANEL ON 27-07-06.

Hi,

Anybody paying such high value should better pay thru PaisaPay. PaisaPay payments are insured upto Rs.50000. Its better to avoid new sellers taking cheque payments as the insured value for such payment is upto Rs.10000

If the seller does not reply to the Dispute, just file a case against him immediately mentioning the Bank Account no. and send him the lawyer's notice.

hi... yes its better to pay thru paisa pay but supposedly the seller who do not accept it then? i see lot of sellers who do not accept paisa pay. these are the ones we have to be careful with.
