cheated with high prices compared with MRP

I am a new member of ebay and with a beleif that the prices in ebay will be cheaper,i purchased 2 nos of Nokia phone from two different sellers.But after received the items I was shocked to see the price I was charged was more than MRP printed in Box.In one case I paid Rs 1250 extra for a Rsa7000 piece and in next I paid Rs 500 extra for Rs2200 item.I do not know this is the way ebay is getting business.

You are very much right.

ebay doesn't have a MRP Policy and quite a few Sellers are taking undue advantage and fool the Buyers by selling above the Maximum Retail Price (MRP)

If ebay have a proper Policy in place then it would act as a deterrant and Sellers would hesitate to list the branded product above MRP.

Buyers expect the product at discounted Price but never above MRP .... and ebay must ensure that.

is ebay officals looking in this matter.. there is strong bad feeling going through customers who have been cheated with mrp.
