Worst online service providers. Have been buying things online for last 5 years never ever came across the service that is provided by eBay.
Four faulty or damaged products received in succession and still the company is totally unapologetic and worse than that you have to pay to send the product back and the refund of that money is done via eBay coupon and you go into the loop of ordering bad products again.
First received non functional sewing machine, second product never received because the seller didn't ship it, third received completely damaged roti maker and fourth a damaged wall clock and even the clock that was shipped isn't the one that I had ordered.
I am thinking of going to consumer court irrespective of what they mention in their policy.
