What can one do after it_mega_mart has not delivered even after 60 days

The seller it_mega_mart has not delivered even after 60+ days of successful transaction: USED PENTIUM III COMPUTER MACHINE WITH WARRANTY (#160002290342) sold by it_mega_mart on 28-Jun-2006.

Numerous enquiries with the seller only led to excuses & false promises. I was gullible to the false promises & let more than 60 days go by, without reporting the, " Item Not Recd. Complaint".

Please let me know how I could deal with the situation, & bring the seller to Justice.

You should have lodged a dispute / complain. Now the best is to write to ebay Customer Support to find if anything cn be done, seems unlikely. .
