To put a picture in your description you need a web host. After you have uploaded your files to the web host you use the image tag code to put it in your auction description. The image tag looks like this:
You will need to host your photos using an external imAge hoster such as www.imageshack.us who will provide the URL/address HTML code for the photos. If you need another web host, here's a list of recommended ones:

To have multiple free images you need to use an external image hoster. The one I use is photobucket. As well as this you will need to use the HTML option when creating the auction listing, there is information about doing this here:

There is a free site. Auctiva. I use it and it works fine. Sometimes a few glitches but it works for me. You might want to check it out. You can list multiple pictures, use nice templates and schedule auctions ahead of time.
