We have shipped 45-50 nos order through Bluedart under Powership recently and we have started facing problem. Most of the shipment has been delivered to the buyer but still all are showing ready to ship. We have spoked to powership team more than 20 time but they could not able to solve the issue and now it is going to be a month. Automatic refund also initiated by system against the the same as item showing not been shipped. Buyers are aldo not getting the shipping infomation of bluedart due to this problem.
Can anyone help us how to solve this issue?
