eBay is just a platform to sell and buy. eBay have no products to sell to their buyer. Here on eBay, seller list their products and buyer purchase their products.
eBay takes commision from seller depend on price and category they have listed like Mobile categoy have 5% Fees on price, clothes have 2% fees on price.
eBay do not take any single penny from buyer.
eBay just help buyer and seller if any issue arise.
If you want to sell the product that you have purchased from ebay, you can surely do that but make sure, you have to pay the eBay fees after someone purchase.
You can surely sell item that you have just brought.
Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.
