But my id is showing amitagarwal02 (5)
Why 5 only

I have 100 % positive feedback

Hi,
Your feedback score counts only one positive feedback from one person. If a person buys 10 items from you and gives +ve feedback for all, your feedback score will be 1.
That's how it is.
