How to receive USPS First Class Mail International in New Delhi, India

this is Pranay Kumar from Dwarka, New Delhi India. I am to recieve a DVD of PLR ebooks of near 7 dollars from LA USA (eBay) to Dwarka, New Delhi India.
Which Post Office to visit here at New Delhi an how to get it cleared from customs? USPS First Class Mail International does not have tracking, do I go about a month after? Please guide this total newbie.

You don't have to go anywhere, it will come to your house directly by speedpost. It should take about 3 weeks or more.
