A couple of days ago we sold a jacket to a lady on Ebay. All the details on the item were precise and correct including the size. The lady has received the item but now wants a refund because it doesn`t fit her. The item was big and very heavy and cost a lot of money to send off and package.
Do we have to issue her a refund? Is there a point where we can say No sorry, We can`t refund you on this particular item. If this was smaller and less hassle then we would say yes. But I would like to know if we have rights to say No.
