Confusuion With Shipping Information

I am confuse about my shipping. My packet has been shipped from CHICAGO to MUMBAI...
But now on IPS web tracking it show following data...

12/19/2010 12:54:00 PM UNITED STATES ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Receive item at office of exchange (Otb)
12/19/2010 12:55:00 PM UNITED STATES ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Insert item into bag (Otb)
12/19/2010 7:35:00 PM UNITED STATES ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Send item abroad (EDI-received)
12/24/2010 2:55:00 PM INDIA DELHI FOREIGN POST OFFICE Receive item at office of exchange (Inb)

It was bound for MUMBAI then why it landed in DELHI OFFICE?

Can someone guide me on this?
