U can contact seller by text or email, u can find name, mob and email id on > click on track my order> click on paisapay id> and now point mouse on seller id, comment box will appear, in this all three info is given always, but only after purchase.
U can send mail to seller by clicking> myebay> purchase history> then on ur purchase contact seller link is there, after cliking that link> select the topic > click on contact seller blue button appeared after selecting topic, now text box will appear> write ur request for cancellation & send,
This will also be a proof of ur communication with seller, as if seller shipes the item so that u can deny to take delivery.
