Why you are selling faulty products from your web site ?

I have purchased Micromax LED on 19th of August 13.It was received to me on 27th of Aug which was not in working condition (DEAD)

I have contacted to your customer care as well customer care of Micromax but there was no any positive response.

Kindly note you are cheating customer by selling dead products ?

Is it your web site also faltu like Micromax ?

I don't think you will answer this email or take any corrective steps.
