Small packet Registered post or Registered Letter post ?

I was using Registered Letter post to post my interenatinal buyer ,It was taking too long but it was trackable and Hardly lost .But recently my post office stop taking as Registered Letter post and saying that I can only ship through Small packet Registered  post .   Please can anybody tell me is it safe and Mainly that how much is the transit time to isreal and other country .

it is okay to send with small packet registered post.

it is also trackable.

the trasit time should be 18-35 days to any part of the world.

the problem is the price. you have to asess it. how they charged for normal register letter post and small packet registered post?

 Thanks a lot for your Answer . They are charging Less for small packet post .It is just i was not sure about Transit time . Now I will send through small packet registered post .
