I am a new seller on ebay and successfully selling on ebay.in and I want to sell gemstone jewellery on eBay.com. But I cannot list items on eBay.com. It shows some global trading limit error.. Please help and tell me how can I be eligible to sell on eBay.com what should I need to do regarding this.
