Help - about custom duty, China to India.

I live in Chennai (India), and i want to buy "New KASENS KS-990WG Wireless USB Adapter 6000MW + 60dBi Antenna Driver RTL8187L" from a seller in China.

He is selling the product at $22.9 with FREE Economy Int'l Shipping, I don't have any idea about custom duties and other related taxes.

Is there anyone who can give me any idea/link/detail.
I just want to know, whether i would need to pay anything extra for importing the product from China to India ??

If yes then about how much??

It will never reach you by Economy Shipping, They will send it via normal post and it will get stuck in India by India Post.
