Hi,
I wanted to purchase an item from ebay usa. But when i entered my virtual credit card details (with mastercard secure code logo on it) i got the folloing error message even though i have required funds for the item.
"This credit card has been refused by the bank that issued it. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your credit card issuer's Customer Service department. Please enter a different card",
But i am able to use the same virtual credit card for purchasing in ebay india. Can anybody tell me how to make purchases from ebay usa?
