worst customer care ever

 

Item No:-***After receving the item from seller.I found that that item was faulty immediately called to seller and informed to seller item was not working.He said mail me mailled to seller regarding item not working.I didn't get any response from him.I called to customer care support on 27th october onwards still today asked them to resolve the my problem in chatting.But they are not responding properly.Simply they are going offline when we are chatting with them.Please don't go for ebay to buy if anything happend they wont respond immediately and resolve.If you suppose to do chatting or phone to customer care it will take more than 1hr.After that also if we ask any question simply they go offline.

Even I got the same response. No help no information just we will contact you and then nothing.
