We have repeatatively mailed for our ebay lowered seller performance rating with request to review it and improve if possible. we have emailed to inappeals@ebay.in, insellervarifications@ebay.in and to our account manager Mr. Milind Salve repeatatively for not less than 5-6 times. but till the date after 7 days we have not been acknowledged whether any team has got our complain or not and whether they r supposed to answer our query or not. this is very disappointing and ridiculous approach from ebay to their premium sellers.
our so called account manager mr. milind salve has no courtesy to pick up our call or reply us on mail or assist us on the matter. we have been told that account manager will help us to resolve our matter but here we can see that he is not interested in our concern at all and avoiding our phone calls. consider this as a utter disappointment of one of your premium member . we are on ebay since last 13 yrs but we have not come across such lousy approach till date. i think some conspiracy is going on against us but why that we do not know. our sale has dropped from 100% to 10% in last seven days which is unfortunately magical.
please please ... if any body can reply us or help us and look in to the matter
