I wanted to report about unprofessional behaviour of ebay claim's department people.
I had an encounter on 10th March 2016 with Mr Sagar from claim's department floor supervisor. Insted of helping that guy is comfusing and spending unecessary hrs on call with them .
at last the exect wording from his conversation are " I will approve your claim and no need to return faulty and damaged product as I do not believe it is damaged. Put it in trash bag and throw outside".
before this he was totally trying to humiliate me and i recorded all that so he approved claim and reacted like this.
i bought computer cabinet under paisa pay id "41917830725" and it was damaged .
i tried to esclate it through email but answer to my complaint is " Your refund is approved and claim closed" no answer about my complaints.
so now i have question , if a senior person from customer care is doing like this how to trust Ebay now?
