have received the parcel. It was delivered at my home in my absence.
I am fully dis satisfied with the deal.
First i ordered for Pearl 8100 which was for Rs6799/-, the mode of payment was cash on delivery.
For the order confirmation, I received the cal from your office/outsource agency. subsiquently i edited my model choice from 8100 to 8110. Your man was comfirtable & Rs 7499/- was qouted. Even tday on your ebay site the price is Rs 7499/-.
My three reasons for dis satisfactions;;;;
1 I am being over charged Rs 7799/- Why ? . By all means this is all against business ethics, I am disturbed for this cheating.
2 The invoicing date is 31-03-2010.... surprisingly my order date is 08-4-2010 . my books doesn't allow this thing..
3 When i opened the mobile. it was showing some messages. This means it is used one.
Tel me the way out to get rid from this cheated deal.
