I have purchased a laptoo charger from your site and I still have not received the delivery of the same neither can I track it because apparently your site fails to have registered my purchase transaction. Even though I have received emails w payment acknowledgement on the day of purchase. When we come to ebay we expect promot service your tele help service is also lacking and no sort of clear information ia given out. I was to receive a call will 3 days from your teams end regardinf the refund of money or my product delivery and I havent got a single form of communication from ur end. O have purchased from various other sites and this site is sorely disappointing and will definitely not encourage anyone to purchase from here after the issues ivw faced. Disgusted with ebaya service.
