We have problems in shipping time of 5days
for example if a buyer buys on weekends at night say about 9pm or afterwards on friday it becomes difficult to ship item on time if there is a national holiday on monday then we have hardly any working days left for shipping item on time.
Ebay should exclude sundays and national holidays when counting days to ship. it should show buyer that shipping can take place only on working days.
We had problem when a buyer bought an item on 31st of oct . 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th Nov where holidays in our state, So lost a few orders couldnt ship the item on time and some buyers refused to extend shipping time by couple of days.
So now in this case we have expensive items packed but not shipped due to lack of working days to ship the items.
Ebay should do something about the holidays when considering the last shipping date.
how can item purchased at 9pm or so be considered as 1 day. Earlier 7days were ok . only few times we had to request buyer for extension time in shipping.
