i purchased a battery on 24/10/2015 and received it after 3 days (27/10/2015), and battery not working on my laptop..(BATTERY BRAND - TECHIE ) then i raised a complaint as its not working and i want my money back . after 4 days i received a call from eBay and she says if its not working go to your nearest hp service centre they will arrange replacement for that techie brand battery we can't do anything as battery is in manufacture warranty " i said why hp will help me for a battery that's not working and also not genuine(its from techie) ". no sir battery is in warranty so you have to visit hp service center. why ?? i clearly said its not from hp its from techie and its just compatible with hp." again no sir you have to visit . ? ebay says “If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on eBay, eBay will ensure that you receive a replacement or a full refund within 20 days " what should i do now..visit nearest hp service and tell them to make fun of me. ?
