I had bought sony xperia L from you through ebay (SARF trading) online shopping on 25.04.2014.

The mobile has the following problems:
i) hanging
ii) the handset didn't receive the signal properly but in my home
other mobile receiving the signals properly
iii) speaker is not clear - i can't hear the voice of other side
iv) sometimes the device is very slow
with the above, please replace or repair my mobile at the earliest.
And please explain the procedure to replace or repair the handset.
i have called SARF trading many times they didnt reponse to me
please resolve my problem immediately
