I ordered 32 GB Transcend memory card on 23rd October, transaction/order number - 261634951263.
I received a message from ebay.in that the transaction has been cancelled as the merchant was not able to deliver the card on time and the transaction amount can be seen in the credit card statement with in 3 business days. Now it has been 3 weeks and I ddnt received any email or message. There is no point of contact. Getting through Ebay customer care was real pain.
Every time it says executives are busy.
Please contact me on the below number asap as contacting ebay is a real pain which can lead to serious action taking.
