I bought a phone from ebay but that was faulty & i opened a claim wide claim No 1846808 & returned back the product to seller through DTDC courier but the seller claims that item was not delivered to him, so ebay calls me to provide courier receipt, DRS copy & declaration letter from DTDC & i provide all the documents to prove myself, but still there is no revert from ebay regarding my claim, it has been almost 2 months for my claim but my refund has not been approved yet. Everytime i call ebay customer service they told me to wait for 24hrs & we will call u back but actually they never call back. im a regular buyer on ebay from last 3 years & purchased items worth lacs but this time im totally disappointed & i think i should never do any shopping from ebay.
