Hi my name is Himanshu Rastogi and I am here because I have done biggest mistake of my life which is I have purchased Bluetooth headset from eBay and I found it is not working properly so I decide to replace it but after long discussion with seller and ebay executive return that product and take my money back and I have sent that product to seller through courier which is arranged by eBay and after that I get call from eBay that tell me we are going to refund your amount 1247 against claim Id 3113398 through demand draft and thay confirm address to me for deliver the same. But after few day when I have called to customer care of eBay that give me courier docket no. When I check that the courier company told me that the address is wrong so we are sending the packet back to sender and thay send it back and now I have almost 10 time call to customers care and I haven't get my refund . So please look into the matter and do the needful
