i have purchased iphone 6 on 16 of feb2017 due to hardware problem the seller asked me to return the product for replacement but when they recieved the product , the seller told me that they will refund, the seller send mail to ebay about the refund on 21/3/17, when ever i call up ebay customer care they told me to wait for 72 hours, every time i talk with ebay care centre , they told me to wait 72 hours or 6 to 8 working days for refunding of my monkey, but its already one months i did not get back my refund. i dont know should i still trust ebay or not
