processing refund

I bought a an item 12V/24V/48V 40A True MPPT Solar Charge Controller 40Amp Panel Battery Charger on 26th Feb, 2015. The product that the seller had sent was defective. We claimed the warranty, and they sent us another one a week later.

But again the product was defective. And by the look of it and the issue that has, it was not a new one, rather the same one with some body shopping.

As we have lost faith the seller and the product, we are no longer interested in the product, and we requested for refund on 19th Mar,2015.(Claim ID: 923763). But rejected stating the product was covered under warranty.

I wrote an email to Insellerverification@ebay.com, for the claim on 23rd march, 2015. But have not received any updates from them.

 

Please Help.
