I have ordered for two earphones and received only one. The payment is made for two on total. I need a refund or the product that I have already paid for. And the one that I have received one of the two is not the one been described, it said it had the volume control but such a thing does not even exist on the product. Why do you people provide wrong information and even after 17 days of placing the order send half the product missing. This is too much.. I need the refund done as soon as possible. Take measures if u really is a trusted online shopping site.
