This is the issue about my order Item # 201557577209 (L'Oreal Professionnel X-Tenso Care Shampoo & Masque #2), I have raised a request for refund on Tuesday, 19th Apr 2016, as Item was not in satisfactory condition, and it seems it is a fake product.
I spoke with CC after 30 min logn wait. and raised for refund on 19th April. since that no update of my refund. even after contacting the seller. I called the seller and spoke with Suman on 29th April 2016, he has insure me that he will initiate the refund. Since that I am continuously calling him but he is not picking up my call.
as CC asked “Please upload Proof of "Item not as described" for the same I uploaded the snapshot of product on 22nd April 2016, describing that product is fake but still not communication.
As there is no communication and non-refund of my amount, it seems that you don’t want to refund my money deliberately.
Please refund my money within 7 days, or I will go to the consumer court for this issue.
