not getting refund

Ebay online shopping,problem: product got cancelled so money have to be refunded but yet refund has not done,

i have purchase i phone 4s 64 gb .but some circumstances i cancel this order like fake features about cell.i send msg to ebay and seller .but there were no action taking these guys.its a hummble request o ebay plse give my money back within 4 current days .
