my claim no. 580050, was unattended by ebay claims department

DEar Ebay Team, i was travelling hence i could not return the material to the supplier. the supllier has been silent on the issue and is not reverting at any cost. this has turned to me as the first sour experience at ebay since i have been transacting. i hope u understand the matter, & would allow me another option to return the material.

 my claim no. is 580050, i am truely unhappy how the same event has been dealt with the ebay team. and my amount is not refunded

and the item cctv camera is usless to me.

i dint expect such a service from ebay.

The one thing u can do is mail seller and say him that i gonna leave negative feedback if no response leave negative feedback once ur prob is solved take out
